1. Introduction
Welcome to Selfmade (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By joining our waitlist or accessing any preview of the Selfmade platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our service.
Selfmade is a personal growth companion application that curates content based on your goals. The platform is currently in active development and features may change without notice.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Selfmade only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the service
- Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these acceptable use guidelines.
3. Disclaimer
Selfmade is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the pre-launch phase. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. Content recommendations are algorithmically generated and do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice.
Because the product is in active development, features may be incomplete, unavailable, or subject to change at any time without prior notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Selfmade and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which during the pre-launch waitlist period is zero).
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software comprising the Selfmade platform are the exclusive property of Selfmade and its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you a right or licence to use any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information belonging to us without our prior written consent.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
